    Shipping Policy

    We ship out as soon as possible. In general, please add 3 days processing for in-stock items. Shipping cut off time is 12:00PM PST time, orders placed after will be processed the next day. After that, transit time within the United States is based out of our Northern California location and determined by the destination. Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday- Friday. We ship via UPS and it only accepts shipments to a valid street address and currently does not deliver to PO Boxes. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the product description or we will contact you via email. We ship to all 50 states. We hope to expand our coverage in the future.

    Return Policy

    Thank you for your purchase. We want you to enjoy the harness are much as we do. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.

    • Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be unused with original tags and labels attached. If you are within the first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at CustomerService@walk18golf.com.
    • Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return authorization form to complete and send back to us. This form MUST be included in with your return. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all shipping cost for the returned harness and recommend that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
    • Please include the return form and proof of purchase with the item and mail your return to the following address:
    • Once we receive the returned harness, it will take 2-4 days to process refunds. Once we issue the refund, it can take up to 10 business days, depending on your original method of the payment provider.
